Just as one bundle of lovely furball (George) entered our lives, our old boy Oliver left us.
We had to say our goodbyes last week after he'd suffered a stroke in the night which left him blind and very, very poorly.
He'd had a lovely 17 years of purrs and strokes and could spend hours in the garden "sniffing" everything and anything.
He's left a huge gap in our hearts and home.
So sorry to hear your news, I lost a 17 year old cat to a stroke a few years ago too. Oliver looks such a sweetie xxx
ReplyDeleteawww its terribly sad when a family looses a pet, i also lost a 17 year old cat and cried for a whole day it was my first experience of loss, big hugs to you x
