Excited!

We found a house!

We had lots of requirements; lots of downstairs space, a garage or downstairs room to turn into a bedroom (in the future - for hubby) a downstairs loo or bathroom and 3 decent sized double bedrooms......an open fire place, a driveway and a conservatory were on the list but not quite so important........

So finding a house with everything we wanted, in the village we wanted at a price we could afford was just amazing!

We've had our offer accepted and paperwork is underway.  The lady selling the house has lived there 39 years, she told us that she wants to sell to us because she likes us and wants me to go up and visit and discuss which curtains and furniture we want her to leave behind.....bless her.  

This will be the first house we've brought togther and as such we're so, so, excited.  We'll be able to move right in without changing anything but have scope to make it more wheelchair friendly as we need to. 

So fingers crossed everyone for a nice quick completion, we're itching to get in and start putting our stamp on it!
